I found Hotel Europa to be quite charming in certain aspects, but there were also some drawbacks like finding someone else's belongings in the room. The hotel is located right on top of Columbus street, in front of China town, and walking distance from great restaurants, which was a big plus. However, the partying atmosphere in the area might not be suitable for everyone.
